Yields 10 guests

For the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)

300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar

To make the Cocktail (produces 850ml, enough for 10)

400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch

Directions

To prepare the Syrup: Place every components into a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating to dissolve. Next, turn off the stove and leave to cool completely. Decant into a clean bottle, seal and store in the fridge, it will last for around one month.

For the Batch Mix: Pour all the liquids into a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.

When ready to serve: Measure 85ml from the cocktail base into your stirring glass packed with ice, and stir gently for a minute until cold. Filter into a chilled martini glass or equivalent, garnish with some cranberries adding the final touch using a light spray of mandarin oil above the glass.
